Earth signs

Also earth element · earth triplicity

The earth signs are Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. According to tradition, the earth element expresses practicality, patience, reliability, a taste for building and a connection to the senses and the material world. Its supposed excesses are rigidity and excessive caution. The three signs form trines with one another.
