Miviludes

The Miviludes, the Interministerial Mission for Monitoring and Combating Cultic Deviances, is the French public body set up in 2002 to monitor cult-related abuses, inform the public and support victims. It receives reports and regularly issues warnings about abuses linked to clairvoyance, mediumship and unconventional healing practices. It can be contacted by the person concerned or by a relative worried about the control being exerted over someone.
