Divination tool

A divination tool is the object or method that serves as an anchor for a session: cards, tarot, oracle deck, pendulum, crystal ball, coffee grounds, runes, natal chart, or even a photo and a date of birth. According to practitioners, the tool structures the reading and helps channel intuition; it also gives the client a visible reference for what is being interpreted. The choice of tool shapes the style of the session, whether symbolic, intuitive or calculated.
