Sagittarius

Sagittarius is the ninth sign of the zodiac, covering roughly November 22 or 23 to December 21 in tropical astrology. A fire sign, mutable and masculine, it is ruled by Jupiter. Its symbol is the centaur archer. Tradition credits it with optimism, enthusiasm, generosity, a love of freedom, travel and big ideas, along with a search for meaning. Its supposed downside is excess, scattered energy and a bluntness that can be tactless. It corresponds to the ninth house.
