Free first reading
Also free minutes · free first question · welcome offer
A free first reading is a commercial offer that grants a few minutes or a first question at no cost to attract new clients. It is not misleading in itself when it is clear. Its terms are still worth reading: a credit card required, automatic switch to a paid rate once the free time runs out, sign-up that triggers follow-up messages. A free session that ends on an alarming or unfinished revelation, to be “completed” for a fee, is a high-pressure sales technique.
