Number 8

In numerology, the number 8 symbolizes power, concrete action and fairness in exchange. It is associated with ambition, business sense, authority and the ability to handle the material world. Its shape, likened to the infinity sign, evokes the balance between what is given and what is received. Its supposed pitfalls are harshness, a taste for power or materialism. An 8 year is read as a time of results and responsibilities, with no financial promise.
