Age of Aquarius

The Age of Aquarius is the great astrological era said to follow the Age of Pisces, as the vernal point, through precession, moves from the constellation Pisces into Aquarius. Each age is said to last a little over two thousand years. Its starting date is hotly debated, with estimates spread over several centuries. Popularized in the 1960s, it is associated with the values of freedom, brotherhood and progress.
