Solar plexus chakra
Also Manipura · third chakra
The solar plexus chakra, Manipura in Sanskrit, is the third main chakra, located above the navel, below the breastbone. Its Sanskrit name evokes a “city of jewels.” Tradition links it to willpower, self-esteem, self-assertion and the capacity to act. In the West it is associated with yellow and the element of fire. These readings are symbolic and are no substitute for medical advice.
