Heart chakra
Also Anahata · fourth chakra
The heart chakra, Anahata in Sanskrit, is the fourth main chakra, located in the center of the chest. Sitting in the middle of the seven, it is presented as the meeting point between the centers linked to matter and those linked to spirit. Tradition associates it with love, compassion, forgiveness and openness to others. The Western system assigns it green, sometimes pink, and the element of air. These correspondences are no substitute for medical advice.
