Fortune-telling
Also telling fortunes · fortune-teller
Fortune-telling refers, in everyday language, to the popular prediction of destiny by cards, palm lines or other means, especially at fairs and in the street. The expression goes back to the days when itinerant fortune-tellers, often associated in the popular imagination with the Romani people, offered their services to passersby. It has taken on a folkloric, sometimes pejorative connotation. The clairvoyance upheld by Voyance-AZ sets itself apart through its rejection of spectacular prediction.
