Transit
Also planetary transits
A transit is the current passage of a planet over a point in the natal chart, or the aspect it forms with a natal position. It is the most widely used forecasting technique in Western astrology: transits of the slow-moving planets, such as Saturn or Pluto, are read as periods of maturation or change. Responsible astrologers present them as climates to move through, not as certain events.
