Mirror hours

Mirror hours are clock times whose hours and minutes show the same digits, such as 11:11, 14:14 or 22:22. A popular belief, widely spread since the 2000s, holds that seeing them repeatedly is a sign, often attributed to a guardian angel or to the unconscious, and each time is then given its own message. Classical numerology did not deal with them; they can be taken as an invitation to pause and reflect, without crediting them with predictive power.
