Gérard Barbier

Gérard Barbier is a French author and cartomancer, creator of the Oracle Gé, a divination deck widely distributed in France. He accompanied the deck with booklets and books explaining the meaning of the cards and suitable reading methods. His work illustrates the wave of French-language authors’ oracles that appeared at the end of the 20th century, designed for a concrete reading of everyday questions rather than for complex esoteric symbolism.
