A psychic consultation is an exchange in which a practitioner offers insight into a querent's question, with or without a divination tool. It can take place in person, by phone, by chat, in writing or by video, and be priced per minute, as a package or in credits. A well-conducted consultation begins with a clear statement of the price, lets the person frame their question, distinguishes what is interpretation from what would be fact, and ends without pressure to book another.
