Dark metallic blue dragonfly * * * ok

Hello everyone,
I need a little help interpreting a dream I had about two weeks ago, which has been coming back to me almost every day since (which almost never happens to me).
Small blue dragonflies emerge from my right nipple and reinsert themselves when they notice I’m looking at them.
I often have weird dreams like everyone else, but I tend to forget them by noon, whereas this one keeps coming back to my head several times a day.
Do you have an idea?
