Snake and earthworm

What a strange dream, friends
I dreamed this morning that I was with a friend and she told me to take the earthworm in my hand, and the worm was crawling on my fingers until it squeezed me very tightly, but without realizing it, there was also a snake in there, and it was squeezing my entire hand, which was causing me pain. My female friend said, "You're in pain, remove it right away," and with great difficulty, I managed to remove the earthworm and the snake, and my hand was swollen and bruised, and my index finger was covered in blood. That was the end of the dream.
