As a member of the CHSCT, I have just become aware of this job preservation plan,

I fear that this layoff plan will indeed take place, as it seems inevitable; discussions will take place, but I believe they will not lead to a long-term outcome.

Hello Babette,

The dismissal apparently hasn't happened yet, but if it were to occur, finding stable employment would of course not be easy, though temporary jobs might become available as an alternative.
It is mainly on the moral front that you should not let yourself be discouraged.
