I'm having a bit of a slump: I have a professional interview with my top boss on Monday. There have been so many changes at my company that I no longer know where I stand. and I'm becoming paranoid I don't know what I'm in for.

Well...
They cited a type of job at another company as an example, only to end up telling me that in my current company, there are no responsible positions available for me and that as for the training I am requesting, there is no corresponding position for me…
My employer may fund a skills assessment for me.
Do you see me leaving this company for good before the end of 2014? 3/7/18

Well, all of this has stirred up quite a few waves within me.
I have a summer job scheduled for August.

You know that I have conducted several job searches in the past and, apart from the positive summer jobs, I have not secured any other contracts.
