I am reaching out to you to find out if you think the sale of my boyfriend Jorge's house is going to happen soon, as he had signed in early January, but then they exceeded the deadline with his cousin (who is buying the house back). He is waiting for his bank's approval and will therefore be moving in with me soon.

If the sale of the house was signed in early January, it will go through; a signed contract represents an official act that must be respected, despite the delay!
If this house has a commercial buyback value, the bank will or should be agreeable to financing it, even if it means cousin Jorge having to pay the monthly loan installments imposed by the bank month after month!
So, as far as I’m concerned, I think the whole thing is on track to come to fruition!
