Before the start of 2014, I don’t see any change in your position, and as for management, I don’t see them really wanting to start a major purge, since the company is moving slowly and is probably running at a loss.
A change of position will take place, but not before February–March next year.
And then, as far as the jealousy of some employees is concerned, I think it’s the same everywhere, because given the crisis, everyone is trying to pull themselves out of the Jeopardy, even if it means crushing others to achieve it.
