D-day is fast approaching; next Tuesday we are hosting all the sales reps from the company, so I will see my ex after four months. How will this meeting go? Will he finally give me an explanation for the breakup? Will he reconsider his position?

The meeting with your ex will go well, but I don’t think he will give you explanations or reconsider his position.
In my opinion, the meeting will be friendly, but I don't believe there is any hope for a romantic reconciliation between the two of you.
