Hello dear Magician, how are you? Just as you predicted, Fares called. You had told me he would ask me for a favor or some help. Well, he asked me to look into a potential property purchase, as he plans to move to the area later on. I promised to find something for him. He told me he wanted to make this purchase for me, and that if I wanted it, the property would be mine (lol!). I dodged the question; he was a bit drunk, so I told him we would discuss it again when he was sober. My question, dear Magic: Was he serious, or was it because he was unhappy (which is what I sensed) and under the influence of alcohol? My circle of friends advises me to let this whole thing go and move on, but I just can’t. My numbers are: 13 - 8 - 4 -
