After these tests, the interviews will take place (early August, mid-August 2013), and only 11 out of 95 candidates will be selected. Do you see a positive outcome in the interview for obtaining the position?

For the tests to take for this position at the CAF, I think you have a 6/10 chance, and as for the follow-up interviews, there’s nothing but positive prospects ahead.
A small piece of advice: try to find somewhere to sit down, because you’ve probably already had quite a few chances.
