I don't see your brother-in-law being released within the next two months, because apparently, according to the reading, there is quite a bit of evidence, or at least suspicions, against him, so I think he will have to remain in pretrial detention.

You are probably right about your brother-in-law's innocence, but the period of pretrial detention is also meant to allow for the gathering of exculpatory evidence, so it is up to the lawyer to do everything possible to secure his release as soon as possible.
And then, given the slowness of the judicial administration, it could still take another two months—hopefully less, I hope.
