Hello, the Magician,
I am reaching out to you because I learned a serious fact a few weeks ago. I am separated from the father of my son, who has not acknowledged him. We had a hearing a month and a half ago, and last Sunday I learned that Kamel, the father of my son, was in a psychiatric hospital for a suicide attempt. He is currently undergoing treatment, including alcohol detoxification. I went to see him out of duty and because I still love him, although it is very sad to see him in this state. I encouraged him to stay and continue his treatment, which is important for him and his future, and above all, if he wants to see my little one, it is on the condition that he is in good shape and on the right path. He contacted me regularly for a few days, then asked me for alcohol, which I refused. Then he told me that he was angry with me for wanting to put him in prison and that he held a grudge against me, even though I was protecting myself against his violent behavior and his madness, and I had strongly insisted on him getting treatment. And now things are not going the right way, but he is in good hands. I would like you to look at the situation: will he succeed in his long-term treatment, and what will our relationship be like? He refuses my help when it suits him, even if, given the medications he is taking, he is not clear-headed but remains coherent. Despite this, I have always wanted to build a future with him, and we are not alike at all. If you think it is better to leave him in his treatment, then I will do so.

Unfortunately, I still love a man who refuses to live and fight, who does not acknowledge his faults, and I would also like him to get treatment because I have a child of his and I truly want him to succeed, even though he has chosen the path of debauchery and alcohol; it is never too late to change.
thanks
See you soon
