To Prophet Madame Rachida Organde, do you see me?

To the Prophet, Madame Rachida Organde, do you foresee a trip to Europe for me within 3 months... Here are the reasons I submit to the power of your eyes... I belong to a federation that organizes travel, and the general secretary of our federation is asking me for 150,000 FCFA to obtain a travel visa for me, and my cousin has offered to pay for the plane ticket if I obtain the visa. Should I trust the secretary of our federation by handing over 150,000 FCFA, and will my cousin pay for the plane ticket if I obtain the visa? Affectionately, Rachida, and best wishes.
