Relationship with my brother

It has been years since my relationship with one of my brothers has been more than strained, and it has gotten worse with the arrival of my sister-in-law in the family, who apparently takes a perverse pleasure in creating problems where there are none.
I tried to get an explanation from my brother yesterday, but all I got in return was bad faith; according to him, there has never been any awkwardness between us, it’s me who makes things up…
In short, we ended up having a fight over messaging, and I think this time the bridges are definitively burned. I would like to know what you can tell me about this, whether you see a possibility of resuming communication or not.
