neighborhood problem

My question concerns a problem with my neighbor, and I would like to know if it will be resolved soon, whether I will find a solution quickly, or whether I will be able to move in with my boyfriend before July, or whether we will find another place to live before July. I can’t stand my neighbor anymore; I want to leave, but it’s complicated because I have a lease until July. I hope my neighbor will move out soon, as he is supposed to be there temporarily, but it seems he is settling in. On top of that, he is doing work for the landlord, so it is difficult for me to complain to the landlord.
Anyway, I want to know if the situation will improve soon and without it costing me too much before I have a nervous breakdown?

It's a bit discouraging, I feel like I'm going to have a breakdown before the summer!!!

I know my neighbor thinks I’m his type, but he has no chance because I’m in a relationship, and besides, when I ask him to make less noise, he ignores me or just treats me like an idiot. The last time I asked him to turn the music down, he went out to a restaurant and left his music playing loudly in his place. I still have a small hope that my boyfriend’s roommate will move out before July so that I can move in before July.
