Conflicts and professional future

I am having some professional issues with my supervisor and my two colleagues in the department. I feel that my thoughts, remarks, and other suggestions to improve the service are not being taken into account, and that I am being deliberately overloaded to make me commit a mistake. This has not happened yet, but it is becoming a burden. At first, I thought my own distress was making me imagine such things, but actually, no, because it is confirmed over time and too often. There is a complaint filed by a resident of the municipality, and they immediately assume it is me because I processed their file when I returned from sick leave on January 9. However, we do not know when the file was submitted by this person, who claims to have been poorly received. Very honestly, I have never received a complaint regarding my reception of the public; quite the opposite. But we cannot know who knows what, and the hierarchy above my supervisor is asking for the name of the agent who received this person, who is said to be hard of hearing. Since my memory is playing tricks on me, I would not be able to say whether it was me or not. As a result, I had a bad weekend, stressed, etc.

Regarding all these conflicts, I could advise you not to get too involved or to let your feelings or your excessive sensitivity toward certain decisions made by others, specifically your superiors, show.
Try not to take everything so much to heart!
Nevertheless, I don't see any upcoming conflict and you should be able to continue your work in peace.
All in all, the conflict-ridden atmosphere will improve.
