My view would be that it seems to the weak that they suffer them, but… everyone does them in their own way.
Personally, I wouldn't talk about strong or weak, but about positive and negative behavior.
One who thinks and speaks positively will thereby attract favorable events to themselves.
Conversely, one who thinks and expresses themselves negatively will feel as though they are being subjected to adverse events, but this is false; it is they who have caused these events through the way they formulate their sentences and thoughts.
Hence the importance of learning to express oneself again.

I agree with you that behavior plays a predominant role and that one should think positively, but I tend to side with the human nature aspect that causes our world to be off-kilter, and that human beings are greedy for power and money. I think of certain countries where there is war and misery, and all of this current crisis, whether political or otherwise; no matter how positively people think, there will always be misfortune on this earth, and it is precisely the strong who will get through it, while the weak will become even weaker and suffer the consequences.
On a personal level, it’s true that one needs to have enriching thoughts in order to move forward, since a person is a reflection of their thoughts.
