I have a question about myself. I am still looking to change careers because, since I became a nursing assistant, I have been having back problems. I hope you’re doing well? I’m getting back to you regarding my professional future. I’m currently a nursing assistant, and on Thursday, my supervisor offered me a position at the reception desk (I had requested it a while ago). The schedule appealed to me because I only worked mornings, but the number of hours was incorrect, so the schedule was redone, and now they’re offering me one week of mornings and one week of afternoons, which no longer interests me. I mentioned this to my supervisor, who told me it wasn’t over because she would see if I could work mornings only (the second position would then be afternoons for another person). Do you think it will work out? Will I get the mornings-only position, since if I’m going to lose money, at least it should be advantageous for me?
