Hi Marylena,

So, the sale went very quickly... so I'm happy because I sold it at the desired price.
On the other hand, the second step is to buy the house located a few kilometers from my place; it is relatively expensive, but we have the option to sell a plot of land to reduce the costs.

My questions are:
Will the bank approve the loan for the purchase of this house? And if so, will we be able to easily sell the plot to build a house on it, without opposition from our future neighbors? 4-10-15-16
