She wanted to come to my clinic to get her teeth treated without an appointment, and since I had many patients present, I had to apologize to her and tell her to make an appointment. She complained to her husband, who no longer speaks to me and is angry with me. He complained to my colleague, telling him that I should come apologize to him. I sent him a text message explaining my point of view, but he did not reply, and he has not answered my calls either.
