Honor the difficulties; they are there to balance you.
There are two things to calm down about. No experience is inherently bad. Why not wait, before panicking, to see if it is really as serious as you think? Put things in perspective and take the drama out of it with humor: Will I die from this? Take the time to breathe deeply and let the anxiety fly away. This will help you not only to keep a cool head, but to connect with the part of you that KNOWS why this mishap is happening at this precise moment in your life.
What if this crisis situation were merely a trigger, an invitation to look within yourself to discover unsuspected riches? Have you ever wondered whether the suffering you feel was already present in you BEFORE the disruptive event appeared? Perhaps, buried deep in your unconscious, there was already a seed of anxiety, fear, or torment regarding other similar events that had left wounds in you, healed or not?
It is not about going back to relive your childhood or all the misfortunes of your existence! But only to try to recall: Have I ever felt this distress within me? This sorrow, this anger, this helplessness, this guilt, or something else? The roots of the malaise lie within you, in your unacknowledged frustrations and in your sublimated dissatisfactions, both of the present and the past. There is an old saying that goes: Everything that is not expressed is impressed. Ask yourself: Which emotion did I have to repress? What impulse of the heart did I swallow, for fear of not being welcomed?
The pressure you have placed on yourself, at one point or another, has created an unpleasant impression within you. You have tried in vain to compress these negative feelings, or even to suppress them, but this has only exerted even greater internal pressure, which can lead to depression (internal) or the oppression (external) that you are experiencing today. That is why it is of no use to dwell on this triggering element, whether it is internal (discomfort, illness, self-questioning) or external (problem, conflict, or catastrophes of all kinds), but rather on the expression, the externalization of what has remained hidden and sublimated within you. Liberation, healing, and the most favorable solutions do not lie in solving the problem, but in understanding its reason for being. It has only appeared to restore the deficient balance within yourself.
Do you believe yourself to be limited, weak, or powerless? It goes without saying that you will encounter people who seem powerful and strong to you, having access to countless external resources. Do you not believe you are up to the situation? Charitable souls will agree to confront and humble you so that you may discover that you have everything within yourself to overcome any obstacle that stands in your path. In the great dance of life, every person you encounter at the heart of your human drama is YOU YOURSELF who engaged them to play this specific role in order to help you transmute the programming and existential alienations that you maintain, consciously or unconsciously, within yourself. Nothing is left to chance.
Regardless of the context, your inner Wisdom merely invites you to consider the absurdity of your self-destructive thoughts by offering you challenges commensurate with your hitherto untapped abilities. No matter the difficulty in your life, tell yourself that it is nothing but a grand stage set by your Divine Self so that you may transcend the three-dimensional illusions in which you have imprisoned yourself!
Any excess attracts excess. Extremes attract extremes. What you resist persists. Any aspect of yourself that you neglect, denigrate, devalue, or suppress will have to be, at some
At one point or another, it will be externalized and expressed for your greatest liberation. You are therefore invited to HONOR the event, the situation, the crisis, as well as the one who will trigger this obligation to restore BALANCE in all spheres of your life. No matter the trigger, it is merely the EXPRESSION, the MIRROR (perfect or distorting) of the image you hold of yourself.
