Hello,
I’m new to the site and I’m browsing through some of the threads… (since I myself received some great advice… on this site)…
I also practiced kinesiology for a year... it is true that our body... through the touch of another person responds to questions that can be very deep... because we can go back very far... even before our birth... and this with permission
But what I mainly took away from those sessions… was certainly the answer to a problem that was affecting my life in general… but what struck me were the texts I had to read… those texts told me who I really was… and somewhere (according to that person) slightly modified the thoughts that are sometimes unconsciously ingrained in our brain… and that ruin our lives… like “OCDs”
I also had some work to do at home... I had to write down certain phrases... and I must say that one of them lingers and keeps coming back to me without me even thinking about it... "I must not suffer to get what I need." It's a pretty simple phrase... but it resonates with me and clings to me as if, unconsciously, my mind believed that I have to deserve happiness and that in order to deserve it, I first have to suffer... anyway, all of this is complex, but what I can say is that it did me a lot of good... I'm not saying that I was completely "healed," but it really helped me... I would say that at the time... (because I was very, very, very unwell... on the verge of wanting to die) it helped me a lot...
The worst part is that during sessions I had urges to cry… sometimes I would leave and feel even worse… or I would have a hard time in the days that followed… and then things would get better and I would feel like I was making progress…
Actually, for me, kinesiology is a good way to get rid of our unconscious behaviors that bother us... and it is above all a good psychological therapy because the person listens to us... and sometimes certain wounds open up... but it feels good to talk about them...
That's all the experience I have with it... there's also the story of "chakras"...
But lolll I’m not venturing out there
