Am I dreaming or what?

Hello! My ex has the monopoly over my family, at least a good part of them >:(. They know what he does to me, and my family turns its back on me! I try hard to act as if he doesn't exist, but he speaks ill of me to my family. I am deeply angry at all of them. How can I deal with all of this? I am far, far, far away from him because of the harm he has inflicted on me. He continues to hurt me and cause me trouble. I am truly no longer capable of dealing with this person! >:( >:( >:( >:(

Imagine that he just sent me an email wishing me a happy birthday and offering his condolences for my grandmother. What am I supposed to make of that?
