Hello, I dreamed that I had a small wound on my shoulder. I was scratching the scab, and on top of it, it was full of small maggots, about 1 cm in size. I placed it on the nightstand, and then I noticed that my fingernails were full of them too. I woke up trying to remove them from my nails. Could you please tell me what this horrible dream means?
