Interpretation of a dream

Hello,
I am a brand-new chat user and I would need help interpreting my best friend's dream. She has a health problem and is scheduled for surgery next week. Every day, she dreams that she has AIDS but is not worried at all because a vaccine can cure her overnight.
What do you think? Am I right to worry?
